Hi There,
I have CS4 Design Premium and would like to upgrade to CC only inDesign.
Do I keep all my CS4 programmes working (including inDesign CS4)? Do I get the discount for owners of previous versions?

The answer is no; you cannot upgrade individual programs out of a suite product. You will have to purchase it as a new/full program.
