Why have I been selected for a profile promotion?  Searching for my previous contacts I asked to cancel and unsubscrbe , back in 2013. Now, what advantage has the intervening years improved the product for me to stay?

A great deal has changed in the last 6-7 years.   But this is a user-to-user community.  You are not talking directly to Adobe.  We have no idea what you cancelled or which products / services  you're asking about.   Can you be more specific?
