Hello, I want to change my username for the community support forum. I have tried to change through my adobe account setting and it says it has successfully changed but doesnt change on the community support page. Why wont it update my username but it is telling me it has "successfully updated" on my adobe account settings?
For some reason, changing your screen name in the Account Settings hasn't been propagating to the forums. Adobe is aware of the issue and is working with the forum software provider, but there's no word yet on when a fix will be available.
