hello there, my father in law somehow performed a system refresh on windows 8.1 and the following apps were removed as part of the process -

Adobe Creative Cloud - version 4.8.1.435

Adobe Lightroom Classic CC - version 7.5

Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 - version 19.1.7

Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 - version 13.1

there is a distinct lack of media or serial number information available, but he does pay a monthly subscription to Adobe for the above services so do i contact them directly explaining the situation or can anyone offer advice on the best way to solve this puzzle so i can get him up and running again please? no system restore point available either i checked that already.

Thanks.

BR.

Jeff.

Go to https://account.adobe.com/ to find a list of your programs and serial numbers
