32GB or RAM with 4GB GTX 1050 or 16GB RAM with 6GB GTX 1060?

Maybe this is an obvious one ... Running a 1080p screen, using mainly Photoshop and Premiere Pro with a little bit of use in After Effects (all CC 2018).

What are the rest of the specs of the system, including hard drives, (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

This will be a new machine and the drive arrangement will be a 256gb SSD and 1TB HDD .... i7 7700hq, I will have two external SSD drives with 128 GB each running via 3.0 USD. All drives one third full with the except for one external drive essentially empty for caching. (This arrangement is just a theory and idea based on the hardware I have + budget, if there is an issue I'm all ears.)
