Hey guys!
I am in a bit of a conundrum. Or my friend is, I should say.
My friend bought an Acer Predator Helios 500 laptop which he will primarily use with Premiere Pro. However we both ahve had multiple problems with the program, first being that it STILL crashes while going from and to full screen. the video in the preview window is extremely choopy and the sound cuts out a little bit (but the last one isn't that big of a problem).
At first we had problems with the renderer being greyed.
We then applied the solution found in these forums by going to Regedit and changing the value in the Vendors tab. But there was a slight difference there - we didn't have an Intel option available so we just put the value of 1 next to the AMD one. Maybe that was the problem? But it definitely helped.
What to do? I'm sure the GPU is strong enough to handle PP.
Thank you for your help!
