Advice please on replacement laptop to run photoshop and illustrator

I need to replace my laptop (destroyed by coffee) asap and need one that will work really well with Photoshop and Illustrator.   Would prefer solid state, and 16Gb I think.    I'm in Scotland - can anyone suggest what would be best or what they find good.  Many thanks.
