Advise to a proper hardware for premiere pro & after effects

I'm about to move up from my very old SC5 to the current. It's a huge jump, so I'de appreciate any help in reviewing the specs of the hardware I'm about to buy. I'm not looking for a high-end work-station. Simply a comp that will smoothly run average (non-commercial) Premiere + AfterEffects. Nothing 4k (full HD at the most).

Here are the specs:

CPU:  Intel Core i5-14400F 20MB

Mobo:  Asus Prime H610M-A 1700

GPU:  Asus Dual GeForce RTX 3060 V2 12GB GDDR6

RAM:  Kingston 2x16GB 3200MHz DDR4, or should I go for 64GB?

PSU:  Is 650W enough, or too much?

SSD:  Is Kingston NV2 NVMe PCIe good enough for read/write when rendering?

I'll be grateful for any suggestions.
