Hi everybody!

Can you help, that this laptop work properly with premiere and photoshop?

You want 32 GB RAM for 4K, but you might get away with 16 GB if you use proxies.

What will you be using for hard drives?

I would go with in Intel CPU if you edit or export H.264/265. Sometimes people have to disable Nvenc. It is good to have both Nvenc and Quick Sync. If you want to see the benefits of Nvenc and Quick Sync I have left a link below.
