As well as the CPU being too weak not having a discrete video adapter means that the integrated Intel graphics uses system memory, reducing the amount of system memory available to run Windows and programs

And to pile on to what Peru Bob and John T Smith stated, the integrated graphics itself is too feeble to be of much if any use whatsoever for video editing.

 

What's more, all Intel 8th-through-10th-Gen CPUs are now depreciated to legacy driver support status for their integrated graphics, which means that there will be no further compatibility fixes and only critical bug and security fixes for these CPUs going forward.
