I'm looking to build a PC, and these are the parts I've picked out so far. Do you have any suggestions for better bang for the buck, or does this system seem to be pretty solid for editing 4k video with Premiere?

I don't do anything with After Effect at the moment, but it would be nice to have that capability down the road. Would this rig handle that as well?

Also, do you guys think I need the 1660ti, or would the plain 1660 handle ok too?

Thanks for you help.

Shoot, I'm not sure how that happened. Something got added to the end of the link. Here is the proper link.

Edit:

I would like to be able to change the original post, but I don't see an edit option there. Can anyone point me to that?

With an eight core processor, you will want 64 GB RAM.

Why is that? Is it a requirement, or just that I won't be able to make full use of the processor with only 32 gb?

If not enough RAM is available per core, the processor will not work as well.

In addition to what Peru Bob stated, the real-world export times will increase rather drastically - that is, rendering a three-minute clip might take several hours instead of just a few minutes - when there is an insufficient amount of RAM in that system. And the amount that was perfectly matched to a quad-core CPU is now woefully inadequate for an 8-core CPU.
