I am going to change my computer system and reactivate the adobe apps in new computer. Please tell me what steps I have to take to enable this. I use Windows 11 and this is going to continue.

I am using altogether 10 adobe apps. Only thing I know is SIGN OUT from old system and SIGN IN in new one.

Subscription or serial number programs?

Signing out of your subscription is all you need to do for a subscription

I have not done this in a LONG time, but I think going to F1 help in a serial number program gives you a place to deactivate the serial number so you may use it again

A subscription is what it says... you pay every month (or annually) and the programs stop working when you stop paying and do not renew your subscription

Serial numbers ended with CS6 (or currently the two Elements programs) so you sign OUT of your account on your old computer and sign IN on your new computer

I think Reset Window & choosing 2nd option [time 0.43] will be a better one.

Are you keeping the old computer?  If so, you don't need to sign out.  Under the non-simultaneous use license, Adobe Creative Cloud can be logged into two computers at the same time under the same Adobe ID.  The thinking behind it is that we might use the applications on a work computer and then later on home computer or on a desktop and then later on a laptop.

Details available here: Can I install my Adobe app on another computer?

If you forget that you're logged into two computers at the time and you log into a third, Creative Cloud Desktop will present a dialog box to pick which one gets logged out before continuing.

Also, the two computers do not have to be the same platform. One could be Windows and the other macOS with the same Adobe ID.

No I am going to get rid of old computer. Because it shows number of problems when using it. I use two monitors. 2nd monitor screen turned into pink color which is connected to one of the 4 ports of graphic card. Responce is slow when I use the computer. It takes average 4sec to repond to command. I am going use adobe apps in one computer only.

Then all you have to do is, before you get rid of the old computer, open the Creative Cloud desktop app, and use it to sign out of your Creative Cloud account. At that point, all Creative Cloud apps and services become unusable on the old computer — and you get back one of your two license activations.

With both of your license activations available, now you sign into your new computer, download and install the Creative Cloud desktop app, and use it to sign back into your Creative Cloud account. Install any Creative Cloud apps you want, and because you are signed in they are all available for use. Signing in uses one of your two license activations, so you still have one more available if you wanted to use Creative Cloud apps on a second computer you control.

Note that what is implied here is that if you forget to sign out of Creative Cloud on your old computer and then get rid of it, you will have only one activation left. You would still be able to deactivate Creative Cloud on the old computer, but it will be more steps and trouble than just remembering to sign out of Creative Cloud on the old computer before you give it away.

That will reset your PC, but it won't sign out the apps.
