Clips and music jumps frames backward

Hello Everyone,

i have a big problem. My clips and music is jerking. The cursor jumps a frame back every few seconds.
Render dind't helpt. Also to transcode the files didn't help.
Do you have any ideas?

I already thought that it could be a problem with my laptop but i never had any problems with another program.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives, (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

I have an Asus Aspire V Nitro with Intel Core i7, a Nivida GeForche GTX 950M, 256GB SSD, 12GB RAM. How empty should my hard drive be ? At the Moment i have an empty space about 90 GB.

That may not be enough free space for that size drive.

Is that your only drive?

Okay I could delete maybe more other programs but how much space should it be ?

I only have one eyternal hard drive (USB 3.0).

Is your cache on the internal drive?

The whole Adobe Cloud is on my internal drive (including cache).

The external drive is only to save files.

You should have at least double that amount of free space.

How is the SSD connected and what model is it?
