Hello,
Would this desktop be sufficient for Premiere Pro CC usage?
I would be using Premiere Pro to edit my syndicated cable TV show, in 1080p HD, with luma & ultra key effects, some LUTs, and transitions.

A very poor choice for Premiere these days for the following teasons:
1) The CPU has only 4 cores and 4 total processing threads. That in itself is barely acceptable for even 1080p/29.97 work, let alone anything higher.
2) A seriously outdated, woefully inadequate GPU. Despite its 4GB of graphics RAM, that particular GT 730 actually uses the same Fermi GF108 GPU that made its debut in the already lousy GT 430 way back in 2010, and has already been EOL'd in terms of driver support!

Easy, a 990 is a 2nd gen. Any pc with a 10th gen intel and a gtx 1650 will cost you under 1000
