e5 2650 not being use at 100% in media encoder

i recently just got a e5 2650 2.5ghz 8-16 cpu wanting to render with that cpu but adobe media renderes slow than my i7 2600 with the same setting which is really werid because i though adobe program would be able to use them core for make render alot faster if could shine light on this i would love to hear because im pulling my hair about this

AME doesn't support multicore processing.  CPU speed is more important.
