I've noticed that the edit bays at my work could use a update to have them run faster and smoother as they are starting to run a bit slower. I'm unsure if my boss would fully upgrade everything so I was hoping to find out what would be the best thing to upgrade first. CPU, RAM or Hard Drive? Our edit bays are all identical so here are the specs below.
A side note is we tend to edit using 720p/1080p Pro Res & DNX HD with occasionally MXFs, I know in a perfect world we would transcode everything down to small proxies but that's a whole other can of worms, so just assume we will be cutting using the media specs above.

I'm interested to know your thoughts. Will upgrading one thing really help or is it more along the lines of needing to upgrade all three parts.

Too old. Get a new system as upgrade will not make much difference.
