Gigabytes GTX 1030 OC 2GB, Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 renderer inactive

I have installed adobe premier pro CS5.5, but when i open new project vedio rendering and play back option is inactive, i cant change it to CUDA or OPEN GL option. My PC details as below.

1. Intel coffee lake core i5 8600k 3.60-4.30GHz, 6core, 9Mb cache LGA1151 8th gen.
2. A data 8gb ddr4 2400 bus desktop ram
3. Intel 545s 128gb m.2 2280 sataiii ssd drive
4. Dell s2214h 21.5 inch full hd ips borderless monitor with built in speaker (1xHDMI, 1xVGA) 
5. Digital x 650va ups
6. Gigabyte nVidia GeForce GT 1030 OC 2gb ddr5 graphics card
7. Gigabyte b360 Aorus gaming 3 wifi 8th gen LGA 1151 socket mainboard
8. Thermaltech w0423re litepower black 450w non moduler power supply

 

When open new project, screenshot is like that:

How to active the rendere of this option, should i change my hardware or not?

use the nVidia Hack https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/enable-CUDA/td-p/2649876 - which is a simple entry in a "supported cards" file, this is for CS6 and CS5, the file is not used by PPro Cloud
