Good laptop for CC?

I looking to buy a Dell Inspiron 16 Plus to use with CC (mostly Premiere, Photoshop).

I'm using it primarily to edit feature length (90 minute) projects with HD footage.

Specs:

OS: Windows 11 Home

Video card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, 6 GB GDDRg, 60 W

Processor: 12th Gen. Intel Core i7-12700H (24MB Cache, 4.7 GHz, 14 cores)

Memory: 32 GB

Hard Drive: 1 TB

Is this a good choice?
