Graphics card recommendation for Premiere Pro

Hi,

my old graphics card just died... I have to buy a new one. 

The problem is the output of my monitor (a dell 3007wfp) which is dual-link DVI-I.

Do you know any card which will work decently for Premiere Pro 2020 that have dual-link DVI? (the budget is limited to $400). 

Do you know if a conversor from dual-link DVI-I to DisplayPort exists? (I could not find any on amazon)... if does exists the dual-link DVI restriction can be lifted.
