hard drive to use?

I have a question if you don't mind. I am building a new PC and want 3 drives one for software and OS ,one for media and project files, and the third for scratch and cache. I also i well have a large hard drive to keep all my other stuff.
where do i export my finished move to? which drive?

I would put in the other large Hard Drive, because it's the one that you don't have Premiere Pro project files and not need double bandwidth, in write and read while Pr is exporting.

What kind (HDD and RPM,  or SSD) and capacity are those drives?

Are they all internal?

two ssd at 1tb each and the main c drive is nvme
