I want to make sure before I purchase a new MacBook Pro with the M3 chip that it's compatible with Adobe CC.

Hi, Lisa.

Great question.  Yes, InDesign is native to Apple Silicon as well.  I didn't mention InDesign because it is used more for print than video.

Here's the official list of Adobe apps that run natively:

With all of the Adobe apps, you'll want to ensure that any third-party plug-ins, add-ons, or extensions you use are also Apple Silicon native.

Yes, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator will run on the new Apple Silicon.

You may have noticed that Premiere Pro was mentioned during the Apple event announcing the M3.

However, new hardware releases are likely to have some issues come up.

An advantage of going with an M1 or M2 is that each has had time for issues to become known and fixed.

Does this mean InDesign will not work on an M3 laptop?

I've been using an M2 chip for quite awhile. The only issue I ran into recently with some apps was with the Sonoma OS launch moreso than the chipset. I recall Dreamweaver was unusable for the longest time until 14.3. So I would make sure you update the OS if you buy a new Macbook Pro.
