I upgraded my RAM and now Premiere is slower to boot

I recently had a RAM failure. One of my 2 16gb RipjawsV failed. That RAM is not currently available at my supplier so I had it replaced with 2 Corsair Vengeance LPX sticks and then added another 2 to give me a total of 64gb of RAM. Booting Premiere used to take maybe 10-15 seconds - now it takes around 1:05. Opening a project used to take around 5 seconds - now it takes 35 seconds. These times might not sound like a lot but I am constant bouncing around between projects for work and I thought these times would have been at least the same and probably better since the upgrade. Any ideas?

System - Ryzen 7 3700X, 64gb Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 RAM, GeForce RTX 2060, all SSD boot drives

Thanks,

That was all okay. It seems to be fixed now. Just a quick reset of Windows
and a re-installation of every application and we're fixed.

Make sure the RAM is seated 100% percent and try updating the BIOS.
