Is this a good choice for After Effects (Windows)?

I'm about to purchase a new After Effects computer (with some Premiere editing as well) and just wanted to get your thoughts on my pick:

(you can switch language to English in the top right corner)

I'll add 32 GB RAM more and an additional M.2 disk to it.

Is it a good choice?
