Is this custom setup sufficient for 4k editing?

I'm hoping someone can help advise a newbie like myself as to whether or not this setup will be sufficient for 4k editing on small scale projects. My biggest concern is around preview/playback latency.

 

-I7-9700

-32GB DDR4 at 2666MHz

-256GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD (Boot) + 1TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 

-NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6

 

This is for a dell G5. Any insight would be much appreciated.

If you change out the HDD for an SSD, probably.
