There are a couple of things that I would change with that recommended parts list:

1) The m.2 SSD is best used as a media drive, not an OS/Programs drive.

2) The system is missing a SATA SSD for the OS and programs.

3) Hard drives should nowadays only be used for backups and archives. Compared to SSDs, hard drives are much, much slower in both sequential and random performance and in access speeds.
