Hello , it's me again . . . still trying to learn the non linear stuff one month at a time.  Is this a computer powerful enough to run Adobe Premier Pro  CC 2017 CC and is there anything else that should be added to " boost " it up a bit more ?

You will need at least double the RAM.

"Need" double the RAM is strong wording. It'd be NICE to have double the RAM, but 16GB might be ok for you. I can tell that that's the new MacBook Pro model. I have the exact one and it works pretty well for me. If you were doing LOTS of work with RAW 4K video or something super high end along those lines, it may not be ideal, but it works fine. Just don't expect it to last you 7 years or anything.
