In the full list of Adobe forums, there's a Video Hardware forum. They removed my mod powers, so I can't reassign this post to that forum. But that's where you'll get the best discussion of this issue.

If you go with the Intel be sure to verify that it is a 'good' CPU

For video editing, motion graphics, graphic design and light 3D, both of these are very good options.
If your workflow is 3d heavy (Cinema4D, Substance or Blender), I'd opt for the option with an NVIDIA graphics card, but a 4090 intead of the 4070.

Yes thanks, I have opted for a Windows setup with 16 GB GPU... also as it is always better to customise Windows in future and is much more cost effective...

What is the exact GPU with 16 GB of VRAM did you choose? You see, there are some graphics cards with 16 GB of VRAM that actually have lower-spec (and therefore less powerful) GPUs on them than some 8 GB oir 12 GB cards.

Have chosen 4070 TI Super, for the price range it has good specs to go with
