I post regularly on the After Effects forums where I do my best to help others. And I frequently see requests on reddit and youtube for advice about picking between two computers.

I began to think about how I've bought computers in the past and generally any big purchase I make involves making a spreadsheet.
I've put together a "score card" for buying a PC for either PP or AE, but I'd like some feedback, if anyone is willing. I'm not sure this would be helpful to someone buying an high-end machine, I'm thinking more about people starting out, deciding where to spend any extra cash. For example, "Is deal B (that costs £300 more than deal A), worth it for a second hard drive?"
