PC Build Advice for 3D Rendering?

New Here ,
May 31, 2025 May 31, 2025

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to piece together a new setup for 3D modeling and rendering but I am  way out of my depth. After hours of reading, I am  still not confident I am  picking the right parts.

Main goals: fast renders, stable multitasking. No gaming.

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

32GB DDR4 RAM (thinking 2x16GB)

ASUS B550 board

TB NVMe + 2TB HDD for storage

Still unsure about:

Which GPU gives the best performance for Blender (RTX 3070 or 4060 maybe?)

Power supply wattage and brand (quiet if possible)

Cooling — is stock cooler enough or do I need an aftermarket one?

I will be using Windows 11. Just want something that won,t choke under render loads like my last build did.

Any suggestions or tweaks would be a huge help. Thanks in advance.

Go with 64 GB RAM and an SSD instead of HDD for storage.
