Hello.
I came across an interesting offer. I can get a desktop computer with 2 x 8 cores Xeon E5-2670 CPUS, NVIDIA Quadro K5000, 48 gigs of ram, 250 SSD, 750 Hard drive for 1300 euro. It's second-hand. I use mainly Element 3D, Trapcode's Plug-Ins (Particular,Shine ...) in After Effects. Also, I use Cinema 4D, Illustrator, Photoshop. I need a machine that can render very heavy projects inside of After Effects. I've never used Xeon and Quadro so I'm not sure. I've seen people complaining because of the Quadro k5000 that it's not what they have expected. The GPU is very important for me. When I currently render I've set AE to use the GPU (GTX 950M) and when I look at my task manager the GPU is being used at 100% while the CPU is at 10%-30%. I've seen people saying that the GPU is not important for the render but the CPU is what should be looked at. Because of my experience I don't think so.
