I do not understand why even though the GTX960 is Found better in reviews such as:
https://versus.com/en/nvidia-geforce-gtx-960-vs-nvidia-quadro-m2000
Still different places recommend the Quadro m2000 like here for example:
Adobe Premiere Pro CC - Faster Video Editing|NVIDIA
Which of this gpu would be better in use of Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effects and why?

Neither why not consider a current model the GTX 10 series. I love what the GTX 1060 6Gb especially a superclocked model like the EVGA 06G-P$-6163-KR or one of the newer versions of it. If you do not want to spend that much yuo could drop back to a GTX 1050
M2000 = 768 CUDA cores
GTX 960 = 1024 CUDA cores
GTX 1060 = 1280 CUDA cores

I do not need the best, I need one that the ratio of cost to its benefit will be good enough.
