Does the Adobe Premiere and After Effects support SLI - two Graphics cards? I'd like to connect two Nvidia quadro P4000 cards to work as one, because the P5000 is too expensive for me.

The last time I checked the NVidia profile for Pr, it's "Single GPU only".  So even if you have a pair of GPUs SLI'd together (like me), Pr will only use one of them when it's running.

If you want Pr to use both GPUs, you'll have to go into the NVidia control panel and manually disable SLI system-wide before running the app.
