I used to have the full Adobe creative package - Premiere Pro, Rush, Acrobat, etc. I didn't renew during the core covid pandemic. I just contacted "customer support" (joke) to ask the rate for Premiere Pro (not the full package this time) as discounts have been offered to certain countries. But clearly NOT to UK customers.
So I will simply take up a video editing package with one of Adobe's rivals.
Adobe seems to have lost its way and Premiere Pro is not longer a leader as I'm finding out.
Disappointed, but not surprised that Adobe has its marketing head in the sand.
Sorry, what's the issue here? Are you having a technical issue with Premiere? Most of us are volunteers here, we can't help with billing.

It seems a couple of times a year, Adobe runs similar specials for Europe and Latin America.
