I've been working for this company for about a year now. I do work all around the office and now we have a scheduled cycle of who's going to edit videos(since they taught me the basics) just to bring out some different twist on our YouTube channel. Here's a sample video that I worked on a while ago for your trolling pleasure. I want to know what other add-ons should we purchase to improve the quality of our content. I'd truly appreciate your feedback!

"... to improve the quality of our content ... "

Well, that's always the trick, isn't it?

Learning to apply transitions between the cuts would be a very good next step ... as would learning more about using "motion graphics" to tell the story, provide background information, add humor ... whatever.

I would suggest looking at some of the editing courses at LinkedInLearning, which of course is a subscription site. But your staff could probably use the time spent studying the craft some. They do have courses geared primarily for editing for social media.
