For those who still create DVD and Blu-ray discs I have been able to create a AVCHD DVD Disc that is 37 minutes in length. I burned the DVD with TMPGEnc Authoring Works 6(PC only). The video file was H.264 created in the latest version of Premiere. Authoring Works reincoded the video. I did not notice any loss of video quality.
