I need help please. I can't see the video on my external monitot. I installed the latest driver and when I click on Desktop video setup, I get an error that syas "No desktop video device detected". I use a PC.

Please tell us what Adobe application you are using so that this can be moved to the proper forum for help.

This is an Add on video capture device and has Nothing to do with any Adobe software. I suggest you post this question over on the BlackMagic support forums.
