Not for me. I was not logged in, new agreement when I logged in. Still access denied.

I see they recommend not using IE. Im using IE 10. No time to test at the moment.

I am using Firefox:

Try using the alternate 'ProDesign Tools' link.

It is a more complicated process, and requires Adobe ID login,

but it has no mention of avoiding any particular browser.

The files posted here are identical to the ones on the Adobe site:
