There might be one hidden in each program. i tried what you said in Premiere. I'm on a PC though so it was alt key.

But I went into Photoshop and tried it; it didnt work with the alt key, but it did work with the ctrl key

There is one in After Effects too, it opens a secret project but the footage is missing.

Hit render and the bars will unfold and reveal the rest of it.
