Premiere is slowly falling apart ) It's sad that such mistakes happen. There are even scarier ones with which you will not be able to do the work. There are no words.

I've found Premiere Pro 23.1 to be one of the best releases yet. Of course, my workflow is built around being all ProRes. I'd say that alone avoids some 88% of the issues that come up in the Adobe Support Community.
