I launched the new version of Premiere Pro to find a quote "Learn Premiere Pro wih Adobe Certified Instructors" and see a photo of a girl with her blouse undone from the deck down to the bottom of the photo shown here.. Is this the "new" ways of doing things?

As another user, based in North America, well ... I'm pretty conservative in general, but that isn't anything I wouldn't expect to see in clothing by co-workers in a professional working environment. Let alone in a restauratant or store. So culturally it would not be considered even 'racy' here.
I realize in some parts of the world, that would be different. I wouldn't even have thought about it though.

Our experiences are obviously different, and that will vary by country, rather dramatically.
In Oregon, USA, that's not anything unusual. Especially for "artists" and film people. Which do often dress differently than a financial services office, for instance.

I'm retired, so I no longer to to an office... but when I'm out shopping (US, different in other countries) I sometimes see women showing a lot more than what is that picture... in the summer some women wear what I would classify as a two piece swimsuit top when they go shopping (grocery store, etc) or a thin shirt with no bra and 'pokies' making bumps in the shirt... oh well, just the way US culture is today
