Seriously with the amount of wasted time that can't be billed to the client Adobe should be crediting us the cost of the program. All year I've been having problems.
I agree but I doubt they would do the right thing
They might — if you tell them of your complete displeasure and inconvenience using this software. I spent an hour on the phone last year over a similar thing. They gave me three months free.
I just expect them to fix it.
