Which background for video is better? (And which Lightning)

Hi everbody!

Tomorrow, we're gonna record a video in the room that I attached in the 2 Video files.

What do you think which background looks better? The Windows or the "X" (One of our company logo's. We're not Twitter though haha) one?

Also, do you guys have any tips if I can make it so the light of the softbox doesn't mirror in the glass??
The only thing I could put in front of the glasses would be a Flipchart.

Which did you choose?

Unless it was a very, very short interview, I would have opted to not use the window in the background. Daylight changes fairly quickly.
