Dear Adobe- Please respond to the countless times I've tried to contact you about an issue with adove! Adobe camera raw not even showing up in PS. Lightroom not recognizing DNG files correctly due to a bug in Camrea raw. Plug in got messed up after they took control of my pc. They won't even fix it! About to cancel the whole subscription... I hope so too for your sake! I now have an Nvida GTX 1080...so how that compares...i do not know. It's def a pain working without that "opencl" turned on. Everything is much slower but it DOES still work.

I concluded it wasn't an issue with the update. It may have been an issue with the update if your hardware isn't up to spec for Adobe programs (pre Pro) I ended up just going out and buying a desktop pc. Much better graphics card and processors. Guess what....I have Zero issues with any of the programs. All you need to do is drop $$$ on a new pc...Thanks Adobe!..............................

I am aware of the 2019 version needing an updated card which is why i am still on 2018(even 2017 version gives me problems and never used too) This makes me think it may be a windows update that is causing the issue which is why im curious if anyone has tried rolling back windows as a workaround.

Even in my previous versions of pre pro cc. the problem persists. I still get the violet and green video if i try and use the opencl/gpu. I'm not sure what to do...should i roll back the version of windows 10 from 1809 to 1804?

I am having the same issue with my graphics card not playing well with adobe anymore. I want to say it's from the recent windows 10 creators update but can't be sure. Has anyone tried rolling back your version of windows? Latest version being 1809 Previous version being 1804 (I believe)

I am having the same issue. It was working fine last week now all of a sudden, it's stopped working. seems to only be when i try and refine my mast using the brush tool. Crashes every time! Tried resetting my prefs. Switching off open cpl works but then the tool does not operate as it should. This is a huge portion of what i use Photoshop for and a huge hindrance on my workflow. Hopefully someone has an answer for a FIX asap!

I'm currently running Version 12.0.1 I tried reverting back to 11.1.4 and still nothing. I uninstalled all versions of PrPro and reinstalled. Still nothing. I then uninstalled AGAIN and installed C6 and the media shows up just fine but my projects are saved in the latest versions. Running Win 10. Media ranges from .MOV files to .Mp4's. Tried changing the file name as others suggested and even the extension. still nothing. Tried drag and dropping straight from file explorer...NOTHING. Weird thing is; the first time it happened I reverted back to cc2017 and they popped up ONCE. Came back the next day and nothing again. VERY buggy!

Just since last week my PrPro has stopped working. I am no longer able to import media of choice. I have searched around and seems others are having the same issue but no solution has been presented. I hope Adobe chimes in to give there two cents because this is very frustrating that everything worked fine one day and the next..nada.
