Well, of course- but the whole point is to have a "product" which is a downloadable image that prints beautifully at a specific size. And as my testing has shown and the first part of your answer confirms, there isn't a way to do that.

I've been toying with releasing some of my artwork as higher res PDF's for download, but I want to make sure the user can't take that PDF and adjust the print size. So, it can only be printed the size I've saved it too. So, far I haven't been successful- as I can take the downloaded PDF and dump it on Photoshop and change the size. Is there a setting I'm missing?

I'd like to see if the original question has an answer as well. I recently took a photo with my iPhone, and then opened it in Photoshop. In the Image Size dialogue box, it says it is 42" x 42" @72dpi. If I deselect the "resample" checkbox, I can change the dpi to 300, which adjusts the height and width to 10.8" which is what I want to see. So, why does it default open to 42" x 42" @72dpi. Does this adjustment of dpi affect the image (actual pixels) or just how it is displayed? Why does it default to 72?

When I print to PDF and then use the Acrobat Booklet, the pages are in the correct order, but they should be half page. However they print full page.

I've made a duotone image that looks great, but I don't see a way to print the two colors (well one color and also black) as separate files. When I do a CMYK separation, I get the four channels and can print each one separately. I don't see a way to do that for duotone. THX

JJMack, Sorry to take so long to respond and thx for sharing your settings. I have made sure to update to the most recent version of Photoshop CC, and I have made sure that my settings are set to have Photoshop manage the print colors, and this hasn't resolved my issue really. The print produced by Photoshop is still dark where the same image printed from Apple Preview prints correctly.

JJMack, Sorry, maybe I'm missing something but the fact that an image prints fine in Preview suggests to me that my screen isn't too bright, doesn't it? If the screen was too bright, any app sending to the printer would print too dark. I have recently purchased an old Epson Stylus Pro 7800 and have experienced my prints coming out way too dark. I contacted Epson support and through troubleshooting found that if I print with Apple Preview, the image comes out just fine- in terms of darkness- but Photoshop prints too dark. The Epson tech said this was a known problem and to contact Adobe. So, I got on-line to se what I could find and get some help. Mac OS X 10.9.4 Photoshop CC v14.0 x64 Epson Stylus Pro 7800 Again, please note, that printing from my computer via the Preview App produces correct color and darkness. The issue only happens when trying to print from Photoshop CC All help appreciated

Actually- I sorted out the problem, but don't see a way to
delete the question. Used the rule border, and specified a weight,
style and color.
Used Spry to create a Vertical Menu widget. Been following
the Spry Framework help pages and can adjust background color, font
and other existing elements, but I'm not getting very far trying to
add a border around the menu item. I would like the same border
around al items, much the way the default background color is the
same.
Tried adding 2 properties to ul.MenuBarVertical a: Border
color and border width. do I need more or am I placing these in the
wrong place?
