Someone suggested starting a new thread presenting this thing as an idea/suggestion for improvement, but I can't find it. Could someone link me, please? Provided of course there is one...
By @Stargeyzer
You cannot start a new thread when you are in a thread.
Use the breadcrumbs at the top of this thread to go to the main page for Photoshop
Select Discussion, Idea, or Bug
Click the big blue button in the upper right corner that says "Post" to start a new thread.

A search for "frame substitution" brings up several hits for Premiere Pro so based on that, I've moved your post from Using the Community to the Premiere Pro forum. Please confirm.

Adobe gave us a choice several versions ago.
One way is to enable or disable the link button in between the Width and Height controls, which will show up after you choose Control+T or Edit menu > Free Transform. You can also change the setting in preferences.
If you don't see it, please use control+t and show your options bar.

Please refrain from shouting. Thank you.

I've merged your duplicate posts into one thread as per forum guidelines.
Instead of posting twice, a better idea (if this happens again) is to ask a moderator to move your post from Discussions to Ideas for you.

sorry I'm not understand what you're referring to. I only have one issue regarding combine files using Acrobat Premium.
By @intuitive_Noh
From Amal in the post you replied to. I added the numbers for clarity. You provided the video he asked for in number 3. Please address 1, 2, and 4.
1
As suggested earlier in the discussion, do any of your selected PDF files have any restrictions applied, or include digital signatures? If yes, such files can not be combined with other PDFs. Please try to remove any such files from the set of files you are trying to combine.
2
For testing purposes, try to combine different sets of PDF files and see if that works.
3
If it is not the case of protected PDF files or digitally signed PDF files, and you continue to experience the same issue, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs, along with some test PDF files so that we can check this at our end.
4
Additionally, check for any pending or missing updates, try updating the Acrobat Reader Mobile app from the App/Play Store, and reboot the device once.

By @dallas_8373
I think I remember that the original poster cannot upvote their own post. The UpVote button is in the upper left next to the subject line. If you are unable to click up UpVote, then that is the reason why.

If I do use adobe pdf,How can I save it that when opens it, it can be viewed as a spread, flipping pages?
By @hendy_5450
For clarity, there is no such thing as an "Adobe" PDF. Adobe is a company that makes dozens of applications, including Adobe Express, Adobe Animate, and Adobe Acrobat (all mentioned in this thread).
In addition, Adobe no longer owns PDF. Although Adobe created PDFs, they gave away the technology many years ago to an ISO. This means that others can make PDFs, including Microsoft, macOS, and many others. In my opinion, Adobe PDFs (made by Acrobat) are the best.
See my post that you replied to where I said "While Adobe Acrobat has page transitions, it does not have flipping pages". That means that you cannot create flipping pages in Acrobat. You can use a search engine to find apps that create flipping pages.
What you can do in Acrobat is create page transitions. To view those when opening the document use the Initial View tab in Properties. Details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/setting-pdfs-presentation.html
The Initial View tab also controls whether you see one page at a time or a spread at a time when you first open the document.
Does this answer your questions?

Which Adobe app are you using? They may not all treat this the same way.
Cmd+1 is 100% zoom in several Adobe apps. In Photoshop, the current zoom level appears in the status bar at the bottom of the screen, for example.

It's possible we need to make some config changes there.
By @Kalvyn Rasquinha
While you consider config changes, please consider that some of us (me) are happy with the way things are now, so giving us a choice might be a good idea.
I am in the U.S. and receive this alert when I click a link that includes the country code, such as fr, nz, uk, etc.
https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/photoshop/system-requirements.html
https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/photoshop/system-requirements.html
https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/system-requirements.html
I am happy for the alert, as the info is not always the same in the different countries.

...my first thought was an online PDF. I believe online PDF's do have an option for transitions between pages
By @David__B
While Adobe Acrobat has page transitions, it does not have flipping pages.
https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/page-turning-pdf-feature/td-p/11892129
@hendy_5450
Adobe Flash used to flip pages, but it had other issues and was discontinued years ago. I think HTML5 may convert a PDF to a flipbook. Try a Google search.
Also, please provide a second way for users to view your file. Some of us will leave the site immediately if page flipping is our only option for viewing. We hate them.

Do you have a mail address for adobe support? I want to send a complaint mail.
By @beril376072336q0v
Adobe does not have an email address for support. The InDesign team uses a separate website called UserVoice for Bugs and Ideas instead of the Community forums.
https://indesign.uservoice.com/
Post the link back into this thread so others can find it and add to it.

Please show your Character panel (Window menu). It might be Fake (Faux) Italics, which you can find in the buttons at the bottom or in the panel menu.
The Character panel will also show if it is real italics toward the top of the Character panel.
Resetting the Type tool (options bar) will also clear Faux Italics and Faux Bold.

You can continue using Acrobat X on the same computer with the same OS. What you can't do is activate a 15-year-old application on a new computer because the activation servers have been shut down.
