If you don't have permissions to do so please ask your admin to help. Once this is set, please restart the machine and try again. I hope that it should work after that.

$ export NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS=[your CA certificate file path]

Hi,
This looks related to whitelisting which is require at Netskope end and also please have your IT team have a look at https://docs.netskope.com/en/configure-netskope-to-access-your-office-365-sharepoint-sites-app.html .
Whitelisting for following URLs is also required:
https://graph.microsoft.com
http://www.adobe.com
https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2

Hi Joseph,
This is a bug in RH 2020 update 3. We are fixing it and it will be part of update 4.
For now as there is no issue in cloning from server workaround is to add project from some third party tool to github and then clone it in RH to work. After cloning push/pull etc are working fine.
Let us know if you face any challenge in this approach. Apologies for the inconveninece. We are constantly working on all the issues raised by our customers. Thank you for reporting this. Kindly write to us for any challenge you face while using RH2020.

Hi,
In contents panel, you can right-click and select Link> Link File. Now select the .fm, .book which you want to link to RH project. Once the file is linked, you can right-click on it and select Create/Update Topics. This will generate html topics in RH. Same is the case with import workflow.
Whenever a linked file will be changed in FM, it will turn out of sync. You can sync it both ways: from source to RH project or vice versa. I am using RH 2020 Update 2 and FM 2020 (build number:16.0.1.817). Please check your RH and FM versions.

Hi, First two issues related to favorites and favicon are there. We have logged RH-5256 and RH-5257 and they will be fixed as part of upcoming update. Regarding the third issue of search query, I am not able to reproduce that. I tried with a large project as well. Can you please share your project with us for this issue to reproduce? Hi, In RH 2019, publishing is TOC based which means that all topics don't go in output. Topics referred in TOC and their references go to published output. There is an option to hide a topic in TOC which will make the topic go in output but not shown in TOC. Also can you please share a sample with us where this issue is reproducing. Hi, The issue is that there are some hyperlinks in project which are starting with slash (/). RH is failing to parse them while opening the project. Please remove these slash from href and project will start opening in RH. You can continue working on your project then. For your project shared with us, I have fixed this and shared the project with you over email. Hopefully you will be unblocked for now. We will fix this issue in Update 9. Which version of RH 2019 update you were using then? Also can you please share the log file which is kept at ..\AppData\Local\Temp\RHTMP" folder. If you are upgrading form RH classic versions the log file name will have upgrade in it. A log file is created whenever RH is launched. Hi Karin, RH has option to find in a file which is Ctrl+H (Find and replace) and another to search by file name or title so that user can open it in editor without knowing the navigation path. Find all is not there yet but it is planned for future updates. So if you are trying to find in a file then you can still use RH. Hi, I suspect that you are using the RH_ShowHelp function. Hi, Please upgrade Robohelp 2019 to latest update 7. Now launch RH and try to connect to SharePoint Online by creating profile. Close RH after the issue gets reproduced and share the log file kept at ..\AppData\Local\Temp\RHTMP folder. Whenever RH is launched then a log file gets created with timestamp in RHTMP folder and complete log is dumped when RH is closed. Hopefully, this log will help us in investigating at what point SharePoint authentication is failing at your end. Share the log files to my email id: sumahesh@adobe.com Thank you for your help. Hi, We have investigated this issue and identified the cause. Problem is that whenever there are two consecutive tags to be excluded only one is getting filtered and next one is skipped. We have fixed RH-4448 ticket for this issue. Fix will be part of upcoming update 7. You will not need to upgrade the project again as the issue is with output generation. Hi, In the video I see that login has not happened successfully. After login is successful RH tries to find the site and then Save is enabled. Like: In Update 6 we have enabled logging. Can you please share the log file created in ..\Temp\RHTMP folder. Whenever RH is launched a new log file is created. Hi, In RH 2019, CSH Map IDs are maintained properly. You can use Map file editor to map files. Also map files created in Classic version are upgraded to new RH 2019 map files. Hi, Can you please check that tf.exe path is saved in dialog of application setting after restarting RoboHelp like: If this path is saved, tf.exe commands should run from inside RH like they run from command prompt which you are able to run successfully.
