Hello, may i know why is the material of this video considered to be infringing? What elements caused it?
Thank you for your help

If you do not have used any infringing keywords, the tablet computer may look too much like my iPad.

I'm sure it didn't help that they had no issues using pirated software
By @daniellei4510
That is a fast and quite secure manner to get nice and sophisticated viruses.
Most third-party virus checking software, we used at the office, did slow down the computer. On my private computers, I found that the Microsoft antivirus program did work very well. So I used that one. Years later, the company followed my path…
As a side note: we prohibited the use of copied software some 35 years ago, standard at the time was to buy software once and install it several times. For legal reasons.

My plan says I get 10 photos and one video.
By @tim_tennis
It's not and, it's or. A video will consume most of your plan credits. If I'm correct, you will spend 8 credits on one video. A licence for an image under a standard licence uses one plan credit. You can use more credits than you get allocated, but those come at additional cost. You get each month 10 credits. And the credits roll over up to one year's full of credits (for your plan 120).
I see many photos that are marked "Editorial Use" - what does that mean, exactly?
By @tim_tennis
“Editorial use” only assets cannot be used commercially, like in an advert, or as a general image for your website. They may be used, however, if you write a blog, to illustrate your blog theme. If you write about Apple devices, as an example, you can use an editorial use picture showing Apple devices. But you can't use that same picture to advertise your services, even if you are servicing Apple devices.
Do I download photos and then create folders in the library to organize them?
By @tim_tennis
That's up to you. As soon as you licensed an asset, you can use that asset as you wish, in accordance with the licensing terms. For use with your website, there are very few restrictions. But you need to know that you are buying the limited right to use an asset, you are not buying an asset. So, as an example, you cannot sell the asset to someone else, to be used on their website too. There are other limitations as noted in the licensing terms and conditions. But as said, you will be able to modify and use the asset as you want on your website, and the licence won't expire, even if you cancel your subscription.
What are plan credits and how do I use them?
By @tim_tennis
Plan credits can be used to acquire a licence: 8 plan credits for a video, one plan credit for a standard licence, probably also 8 plan credits for an extended licence… etc. They are called “plan credits” because they are part of your stock plan. You can also buy “credit packs” which give you a number of credits, that are not part of your plan, but allow also to buy licences.
Both are to be distinguished from generative credits that can be used to generate AI assets…:
(the number of generative credits that you get allocated is dependent on your plan. Some plans allocate more credits, some other plans allocate fewer credits.)

There is always a reason. And Adobe tells you that reason.
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Initially, my wait time for reviews was 1-2 months. However, once you achieve a certain sales volume or a lower rejection rate, the review process seems to speed up. My current wait time is around 2-5 days (but with weekly limits)
By @godsfavorite
Waiting time for moderation is unrelated to your sales. The upload limits just bring back the moderation waiting times to normal. Generative AI contributors tend to submit hundreds of thousands of assets continuously, and that clogged the system. That's all.

I won't go so far as to say I haven't at times attempted to use antivirus software, and I've also installed it temporarily when my computer has started doing weird things
By @daniellei4510
Oh, oh. There are some security problems with this:
You need to have an antivirus program running all the time. I agree, some are not working well, and some even introduce security threads on their own. I recommend for some time using Microsoft Defender on Windows. Likewise, I suppose that for macOS you'll also have an integrated protection.
Having an offline antivirus on a USB stick to boot with, without the help of the OS installed on the computer's disk, helps when the computer does weird things. You avoid having the virus using stealth technology to hide itself from the scanner.
You need to have firewall protection to connect to the internet. Here also, I'm using the Windows firewall. And in addition, my router also has a nice and excellent firewall integrated.
when your computer starts to do odd things, it may be too late. It's like locking the door when the thief has the keys.
Disabling any security measure can only be considered as a temporary measure in a well contained environment. It should not be a permanent situation.
Do not invite people to connect remotely to your computer, if they are not to be trusted. Not everyone claiming to be Microsoft or Adobe is Microsoft or Adobe.

Hello,
Just curious as to why a few videos of mine that were accepted, and on Adobe for over a year and a half for sale, one of which has sold twice, now for some reason, has been deemed to be too gory, when you currently have over 12,000 videos equally gory, or even more gorier.
Some screenshots of my videos attached.
Cheers!

Just checked your attachments. It does not look like your assets are that bloodthirsty and shocking, but it may well be that Adobe thinks otherwise. It is not as with quality issues, where there are good arguments for deleting the asset, but it's more a soft refusal. We can't comment on Adobe's policy in that matter.

Spamming is still different from having similar rejections. Spamming means that you submit 100 pictures of your dog, 100 pictures of your cat, and 100 pictures of your left shoe. (I'm exaggerating, but I hope you understand what I mean...)

Hello! Why was my photo rejected even though it was my own work, not plagiarized or taken from someone else
By @Proyek Sableng
Similar means that someone has something similar in the database. It does not mean that you copied someone's work.
So if I submit a picture of a white dog sitting, and you have a picture of a white dog sitting, neither of us has copied from the other, but the pictures may be similar.
But to be honest, we think that the algorithm that Adobe uses to detect this is ill configured, so there will be assets refused as similar that are, if you look at the database, unique enough to get included.

SVG files are vector files. Vector files are offered as vector, PNG (if there is no background!) and JPEG.
PNG files are only offered as PNG and JPEG.
You will have potentially more buyers for SVG files than PNG files.
Buyers for vector files buy the vector file, regardless of which format they download.
In addition: Vector files can be scaled to any size. That is a huge advantage on PNG files.
@CesusJhrist wrote:
I've some huge sized SVG that would not work unless I made them into PNG,
You need to explain this. If you can create them as SVG files, they work as SVG files.

By @andrewt81757952
Videos come under an enhanced licence. If your plan includes videos, you should be able to download videos. The plans that I know about all include video, but some specific plans could not include videos or extended licences. Those plans are mostly unlimited plans.

You may agree, but on an entirely different subject. OP is talking about generative AI assets that are included in the Adobe stock database.
We are not commenting on the performance of any AI program here. If you want to comment on Firefly (the Adobe image generator) than you need to comment in that forum.
As a side note: generative AI does not mean to be perfect and any AI performance depends on the input that is used for learning.

You will need a standard licence and you can't use editorial use only assets.
Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788 (Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).

Adobe changed what they accept in their database, and they did audit the content for assets that are now incompatible with the new rules. When it got accepted, the asset did respect the rules of that time.
There is nothing to be confused about. That is ongoing business in a changing world.
