The rotobrush + refine edge tool has worked as it's supposed to through all of the frames until the 31st frame, when suddenly, the refine edge brush seems to do nothing; the head of the person is nicely isolated with the slight feather around the edges then suddenly is harsh and blunt in one frame.  I've restarted my computer, the program, everythhing, but the refine edge of the rotobrush tool refuses to work on this one frame.  How on earth do I make the tool work on the frame?  It's driving me insane! ... I'm working on a project, and, in an effort to save space on my Mac, I'm transferring all of my media clips to a USB; I've linked the files, in their new location, and anytime I save and close the project, I reopen it to find everything has unlinked.  What is going on and how can I fix this?   It's extremely tiresome, and, even though it usually would re-link files stored in the same location automatically, it's not doing that.  So I liteerally have to relink every single file individually any time I close the project.   I'm using Premiere Pro CC version 15.2.0 on a Mac running Big Sur 11.5.1   ... So, I've finished masking, rotoscoping, refining matte, and I only need to do a bit of color touchup.  The whole recorded scene/clip has a ghastl blue hue, so I tweaked and perfected my color corrections, using Auto Color, Auto Level, and Brightness/Contrast.  However, when I scub through or simply play it outright, it looks as though the effects are on some weird techno pulse timing, becaus it's only applying to about 5 frames, not to 3, then applying to 4 frames, not to 6, etc.  It's seriously infuriatinng!  I've tried restarting the program, restartng the entire project, but I still get this pschedelic nonsense. I'm sorry if this is a silly question, but is there a way to add Mocha Pro to my Creative Cloud subscription?  Mocha AE doesn't have the easy ability to stabilize video, and since I'm working on making an interactive floorpan for my house so it will sell more quickly, I kind of need Mocha Pro, but I'd prefer to get a subscription to it rather than buy it outright for $600+. I've masked out a person, who is dressed entirely in black, and need the shadows & highlights of the dress to be emphasized so it doesn't just look like a flat black silhouette.  When I try to adjust it by going to Effect > Color Correction > Brightness & Contrast, the panel comes up and I drag the numbers down/up, but the image stays exactly the same!  Am I doing something wrong?  (Yes, I have the right layer & the mask selected). Basically, I have made a shape that moves diagonally-ish and scales larger, and I have masked out something I want to follow the exact same path and scale at the exact same rate. Obviously, if they were both Shapes, or both Masks, I could easily do this, but when I paste the Shape information onto the Mask, it gets all wonky. I'm wondering if it's because the Shape has Shape data, Translation X, Translation Y, Scale, Rotation, Shear X, Shear Y, Perspective X, Perspective Y, and the Mask just condenses it all into one little Mask Path. How do I get my mask to follow the exact same motion path and scale at the exact same rate as my shape? It seems like this should be extremely simple, and perhaps I'm just overlooking something...but please help me! To be clear, I have not made a shape that I want to turn into a path (this is the only tutorial I got when Googling this), I want the motion of a Shape to a to be applied to the motion ​of a Mask. ... I literally installed the latest update a couple of weeks ago, but when I try to open a project it gives me an error that says: The file you are attempting to open was created with After Effects version 14.0.1 (Macintosh 64) and cannot be opened with this version.  See adobe.com/aftereffects for information about upgrading your software. I was working on a video arrangement, had completed approximately 2 minutes of it, and clicked over to Quicktime, apparently accidentally clicking something that started my video rendering.  I quickly canceled the rendering, but when I went back to the Premiere program (without exiting the application), my timeline with all of my video and audio clips had vanished!  How in Heaven's name do I get it back?  Yes, my video auto-saves, but the reason why I cannot use one of the autosaves is much to long to explain.  I simply need to know how to get back to my video that had almost started rendering. ​Please ​help me! ...
