Any images that are, approximately, more than 1 or 2 month/s old and saved in your browser, will not be able to be un-favorited. When you click on the image, the system will show you the other 3 images (total 4) and all will have the same option to make favorite by clicking on the star (but not the opposite). If you have a ton of images your only option will be to, maybe, clear the cache and this will probably delete everything? ... it will take me a very long time to test this after I manually save everything and record related information.

Nope does not work. Currently (again) there is zero way to clear the Favorites images you have Saved in the browser. Adobe has created a nice looking car with only 3 wheels, eventually, things will go wrong... and there is zero care factor - So incredibly frustrating!!😡

The "Remove from favorites" button/option in Adobe Firefly is missing from ALL the images I have in my favorites section. I saved them in my browser mainly becuase there is no option to save them elsewhere (not that I can see) Any images older than say a few months do not allow me to delete or remove them from favorites... the little "Star" icon only allows me to save them in favorites (again) I have a ton of them and I am stuck - can anyone help please?

WRONG!! None of what you said works in my scenario (MAC OS 11.7.10) and you shifting the blame to the MAC OS is oppotunistic and lazy to say the least.
1. In my case, there is no MAC OS block on any Adobe Apps.
2. The problem is much more prevalent with Adobe Acrobat (happens every 5 times I open the App) 3. AI assistant does not work "Something went wrong please try again" (Nothing wrong with my internet connection) This all leads to there being something wrong at Adobe's end! This became a problem since the addition of the AI to the Acrobat App, making it even more slow and overall less productive.

What they dont want to tell you is that they have done this for a reason. They want to force you to save files to the Adobe Cloud as this service is ectremely under used by Adobe users due to a lack of trust. By forcing you to save to the Adobe Cloud, they have you become even more dependant on the subscription model - get it?

Hey Souvik S S. So Adobe is forcing the user to save the file/s to Adobe cloud first and only then you are able to download. This adds further steps to the user's work flow and forces the saving of private information to the Adobe Cloud where Adobe is able to process data for product development and possibly big-data farming. Please note that this is quite possibly an illegal practice by Adobe leading to further legal challenegs against the company and employees.

Unfortunately the "Help team" in these forums are not developers and they can't create a DONLOAD button. Clearly Adobe's game is to make sure the user fills their Adobe Cloud as much as possible so that the user becomes even more dependant on an Adobe subscription. No one is stupid or incapable at Adobe, they have a plan to make it extremely difficult for you to leave the platform and they have proven that they can't be trusted. Adobe is not going to change course so its up to us to create a plan and move on... but in the mean time we can always voice our opinion 😡

The link you propose talks about "Save a copy of PDF" and other randoms. I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED FOR A SIMPLE WAY TO DOWNLOAD A PDF - DOWNLOAD (not save a copy) I repeat the word DOWNLOAD as in "an easy and simple way to DOWNLOAD via the use of one click" from any Acrobat app either iOS or MAC OS. Not a convoluted mess of steps that create files all over the place. Have a read of all the "happy" users in this thread. We are sick of this rubbish from Adobe and even more sick of the FAKE help provided.

Sorry but I shouldn't have to re-create anything for the purpose of having some kind of "second hand" advisory to a major WORKFLOW ISSUE created by a policy to force users into a process beneficial to Adobe NOT TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER. I am still having massive issues with Adobe Acrobat's inability to "Download" meaning: any files I created on Acrobat via my iPhone is then automatically uploaded to the extremely confusing Acrobat files viewer (if you can call it that) from there I CON NOT DOWNLOAD the file I created to my Hard Drive... unless I "save as" and save a copy. The lack of clarity and extreme complication to a simple process is astounding even for Adobe's standards. On Chromium browsers the "unfavorite" function does not work for any images you have favorited older than a few months ago (this is very loose but I just encountered the problem) ther are also other issues like "View Samples" does not show the one you favourited (you can however still download the image you favorited) Why can't Adobe allow Creative Cloud premium accounts to DIRECTLY save Firefly images in their Creative Cloud folder instead of saving the file in the browser? - what sort of a cheap unprofessional solution is that?

I Also have this issue MAC OS 11.7.9 - terribly frustrating. How can a multy billion dollar company allow for this to happen? Adobe has zero pressure to release the latest version of Illustrator so why not fully test it?

We can probably debate those details at noseum, what does work is the reported hack of: Make sure all layers are visible > Save & Close file > The finder preview should now be in colour. I can then re-open the file, work with it and even leave some layers as non visible without the preview being nagtively effected. Note: I have only totday started to use this work around, I will update if things change.

By turning Real-Time drawing and editing on I no longer see etither the Bounding box or the outline when moving an object. Totally useless feature when working with precise artwork for print production especially for very expensive projects.

There is now a problem when exporting JPG and PNG files via the Asset Export feature. This causes white lines to appear on the top and right side only of an exported image. The work around is to do it the old way: File > Export > Export for screens BTW we should not have to set units to Pixels or points or fractional pixels BS this has never been an issue at Dev level. Please do not give that sort of infomration out - thank you.

No you are wrong! By turning the stupid feature "real-time drawing and editing" OFF you get back to showing the bounding box when moving an object. Thank you Adobe for wasting my time. (Turning off Real-Time Drawing and Editing is found in the "Illustrator Preferences" under "Performance" at the bottom. (ILLUSTRATOR 25.0)

I totally agree with you! The problem is Adobe is only 100% interested in NEW development NOT workflow improvements. This is why most requests by users are blatantly ignored - full stop. They have now bought Figma because the internal culture is based on what's new as opposed to creating a faster and more reliable workflow for it's users. Word to Adobe: Most of us poor users also happen to run a business and deal with many client's businesses. This means our time and state of mind is critical to our well being. Stop ignoring the basics of a relaible and fast workflow! - Thank you.

Yeah Xd sometimes this stands for Xtra Dumb... Xd is the App I'm trying really hard to understand and work with but in the end it always equals to = I HATE IT! Reminds me so much of Muse and other Adobe failures, anyway, In the end we may have to bite the bullet and move to Figma. To keep on persevering with Xd is like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, you can try really hard but in the end you know the inevitable dont you?
