Thanks for the breakdown — appreciate it! Yep, I’m familiar with the Ideas system and I’ve actually posted some of those requests individually already (beat detection, LUT export, etc.). That said... sometimes it just feels good to put it all in one place and scream into the void a little )) Especially when updates keep targeting people editing reels with one hand and filming with the other. But point taken — I’ll keep separating ideas properly. One beat marker per post, I promise )

Dear Adobe Team, With every new Premiere Pro update, I see more and more tools that feel like they’re tailored for... let’s say, passionate smartphone bloggers who shoot with shaky hands and edit with TikTok speed. We now have AI voice filters, text-based cutting, auto-reframing, and a bunch of other flashy things that look cool in a demo video but rarely enter the workflow of an actual professional editor. Meanwhile, features that could seriously boost productivity for experienced users are still missing. So here’s a modest list of tools that would actually help: Built-in video denoiser that doesn’t require dynamic link to After Effects or 3rd-party plugins. AI-based video upscaling for improving resolution and preserving details when working with mixed footage. Beat detection and auto marker placement for rhythmic editing — because yes, some of us still cut to the beat. Proper LUT export support — no weird banding, no hacks, no guesswork. Node-based color grading or at least a layered grading system that goes beyond Lumetri’s limitations. Smarter media management and background rendering — why do I still need to babysit cache folders in 2025? I understand Premiere Pro is trying to make editing more “accessible” — and that’s great. But can we also take care of the people who’ve been using this software for 10+ years to produce films, ads, and content that pays the bills? Just a little love for the professionals wouldn’t hurt. Thanks

Dear Adobe Team, I’d like to propose a native feature in Premiere Pro: automatic beat detection with marker placement directly on the audio clip or timeline. Currently, many editors rely on third-party tools like BeatEdit to analyze audio tracks and generate beat markers. This feature is essential for anyone editing music-driven content — such as trailers, music videos, reels, or commercial teasers — where rhythm and visual pacing must align with audio beats. Why this is valuable: Saves time: No need for manual tapping or syncing markers to the beat by hand. Increases precision: Algorithms can detect subtle beats more consistently than humans. Improves workflow: Built-in tools mean less dependency on external plugins and fewer compatibility issues. Perfect for AI-driven editing: Future auto-editing features could use these beat markers for automated cut points. Suggested Implementation: Add a "Detect Beats" option in the right-click context menu on audio clips or in the timeline panel. Allow customization: detect every beat, every second beat, or only strong beats. Option to place markers on the clip or on the sequence timeline. Ideally, integrate this feature into the Essential Sound panel or as part of the Audio Analysis tools. Given how rhythmically timed editing is a massive part of modern video production, this feature would be a game-changer — and it feels like a natural next step for Premiere Pro. Thank you for considering!

Issue Summary: After updating to Premiere Pro version 25.2.3 (Build 4), I noticed an intermittent issue where the timeline cursor does not move when using the left or right arrow keys. The playhead stays in place instead of moving one frame as expected. Steps to Reproduce: Open an existing project with H.264 footage. Place a clip on the timeline. Attempt to move the timeline cursor using the ← or → arrow keys. Occasionally, the cursor will remain stationary despite repeated key presses. Temporary Workaround: Copying the contents of the sequence into a new sequence resolves the issue. Footage Specs: Format: H.264 Frame rate: 50 fps Bitrate: 50 Mbps Color: 4:2:0 System Configuration: CPU: Intel Core i9-13900K RAM: 64GB DDR5 6000MHz GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti Storage: Samsung 990 Pro NVMe 4TB OS: Windows 11 24H2 Expected Behavior: The timeline cursor should move one frame forward or backward with each press of the arrow keys. Actual Behavior: The cursor sometimes gets stuck and doesn't move, making precise frame-by-frame navigation impossible until a new sequence is created. Please investigate this issue — it severely affects editing precision and workflow.

I totally get the appeal of using nodes for color grading—it’s definitely one of DaVinci Resolve’s strongest features. And yes, for those who prioritize node-based workflows, Resolve is a great choice. That said, I feel Premiere Pro still lacks some basic yet essential tools before even thinking about advanced workflows like nodes. Things like a proper AI video denoiser, a reliable AI upscaler, and even the ability to export high-quality LUTs are still missing or underdeveloped. Before chasing advanced systems, it would be great if Adobe focused on perfecting the fundamentals that so many of us use every day.

Dear Adobe Team, Please consider adding Hebrew language support for voice-to-text transcription in Premiere Pro. There are thousands of users in Israel who are currently forced to rely on expensive third-party plugins just to transcribe Hebrew audio. This creates a major barrier for editors and content creators working in Hebrew, especially when it comes to accessibility, subtitling, and efficient editing workflows. Moreover, the Audio Enhancer tool also becomes much less effective due to the lack of proper Hebrew support, which limits the usability of otherwise powerful AI tools. We sincerely ask you to include Hebrew transcription support in future updates. This would make a significant difference for a large user base and show that Adobe truly supports a global creative community. Thank you in advance! Best regards, Paul Styler

Description: After updating to Adobe Premiere Pro 25.2.0 (Build 147), I frequently encounter the following error when working with a multicam sequence: "Can't access audio" Event Details: The audio for PS1_0184.MP4 can't be read quickly enough from storage. Please check your storage and try again. However, this issue did not occur in previous version of Premiere Pro under identical conditions. System Configuration: CPU: Intel Core i9-13900K RAM: 64 GB DDR5 @ 6000 MHz Storage: All drives are Samsung 990 Pro 4TB NVMe Gen4 SSDs GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti OS: Windows 11 (Version 24H2) File Information: Format: XAVC (XAVC/mp42/iso2) Bitrate: 50 Mbit/s Chroma Subsampling: 4:2:0 Frame Rate: 50 FPS Additional Notes: I have checked the SSD for any errors — none were found. This is one of the fastest consumer SSDs available ( Samsung 990 Pro 4TB NVMe Gen4 SSDs ) The issue seems specific to version 25.2.0, as everything works fine in earlier versions under the same workflow and hardware setup. This problem severely impacts editing performance when dealing with multicam footage. Please investigate, as this appears to be a regression introduced in the latest update.

Dear Premiere Pro Team, Let’s be honest—it's time to catch up with the competition and bring Premiere Pro to the forefront of AI-powered video editing. While some recently introduced features may seem trendy from a marketing standpoint, they don’t always reflect the actual needs of working editors who spend hours in front of the timeline. One truly useful and long-requested feature is an AI Video Upscaler. This would allow users to upscale lower-resolution footage to higher resolutions with intelligent detail enhancement—something that is already being done effectively in tools like DaVinci Resolve. Please consider implementing AI-based upscaling in future versions of Premiere Pro. I’m confident that millions of users around the world would greatly appreciate such a practical and powerful improvement. Best regards, Paul Styler

AI Video Denoiser for Premiere Pro Dear Premiere Pro Team, First of all, thank you for your continuous efforts in improving such a powerful tool. I’ve always been curious—what research or data do you usually rely on when deciding which new features to develop? If we were to run a user poll today, I strongly believe that a significant number of users would vote for an AI Video Denoiser over, for example, an AI feature that extends video clips by 2 seconds (especially with framerate limitations). Noise reduction is a common and time-consuming task in video editing. Having a smart, AI-powered denoising tool would drastically improve workflow efficiency and quality—particularly for low-light or fast-production footage. I highly encourage you to consider adding an AI Video Denoiser in future releases of Premiere Pro. It would be a far more practical and appreciated feature than some of the more niche AI tools. Respectfully, Paul Styler

Description: After updating to the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro 25.2.0 (Build 147), I noticed that the "Selection Follows Playhead" option no longer works as expected. Expected Behavior: In previous versions, when the timeline was playing, the clip currently under the playhead would automatically become selected in real-time as the playhead moved. Actual Behavior: In version 25.2.0, selection only occurs when playback is stopped and the playhead is moved manually. During playback, clips are no longer being selected dynamically as they were before, even though the "Selection Follows Playhead" option is enabled. Steps to Reproduce: Enable the "Selection Follows Playhead" option. Start playback on the timeline with multiple clips. Observe that the clip under the playhead is not selected during playback. Stop playback and manually scrub the playhead — selection works as expected in this case. Version: Adobe Premiere Pro 25.2.0 (Build 147) Platform: [Windows 11 24H2 RAM 64 GB DDR5 RTX4070Ti SSD NVME SAMSUNG 990Pro] Additional Notes: This issue significantly impacts workflows that rely on real-time clip selection for effects, markers, or automation tasks.

I propose to implement an AI Video Denoiser feature that enables users to remove noise from selected video segments directly within the timeline, bypassing the need for external software or plugins. This tool should leverage advanced AI algorithms to deliver superior noise reduction results while maintaining video quality. Justification: Enhanced Quality: Current solutions, like Premiere Pro's VR De-Noise effect, are basic and often produce subpar results. A robust AI-powered denoiser would provide a significant improvement in output quality. Streamlined Workflow: Users can clean up video noise directly in the editing timeline without the hassle of exporting to third-party tools or installing additional plugins. Competitive Advantage: A high-quality denoiser would position the platform as a go-to choice for professional editors who require efficient and effective tools. Wider User Appeal: The feature would cater to both professional videographers and casual creators, addressing a common pain point in video editing. Key Features: AI Noise Reduction: Advanced algorithms that adapt to various types of noise (e.g., low light, compression artifacts, grain). Selective Application: Allow users to apply noise reduction to specific video segments or areas. Customizable Parameters: Enable users to adjust intensity levels to balance noise reduction with video clarity. Real-Time Preview: Provide real-time feedback in the timeline to simplify fine-tuning. This feature would empower users to achieve professional-grade results efficiently, elevating the platform’s standing in the competitive video editing landscape.

I propose to implement an AI Slow Motion feature that allows users to create high-quality slow-motion videos directly within the timeline, eliminating the need for third-party tools like TOPAZ Video AI. This integration would utilize advanced frame interpolation algorithms to generate smooth, professional-grade slow-motion effects seamlessly. Justification: Enhanced Workflow Efficiency: Users can produce slow-motion content without exporting to external applications, saving significant time and effort. Competitive Edge: This feature is already available in industry-leading tools like Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve, and its inclusion ensures competitiveness in the market. Improved User Experience: Offering a one-stop solution for video editing will increase user satisfaction and retention, reducing reliance on third-party software.

Dear Premiere Pro Users! Please vote for this post, and maybe one day Adobe will finally add this essential, basic functionality. Otherwise, I fear we’ll continue to see trendy AI features in updates, while these basic things remain missing. 1. Add a Video Denoiser (if it pleases you, make it AI-powered). Improve Multicam Audio Sync to something reasonable (e.g., like it’s done in PluralEyes). 2. Allow Export of High-Quality LUTs (with 32x32x32 and 64x64x64 tables) from Premiere Pro (You did this in Photoshop, so why not in Premiere Pro?). 3. Allow Stabilization Effect on Render and Replace: Make it so the stabilization can be applied to the processed file, not as an additional effect . This is the minimum list of features I’m missing for my everyday work in Premiere Pro. It’s frustrating to pay for Adobe Creative Cloud every month and still have to use DaVinci Resolve for editing!

A bit of embellishment, app themes, and a few new bugs, like issues with importing XML files after sound synchronization, but in reality, nothing that truly matters:
Where is the video denoiser?
Where is the ability to export LUTs with table sizes larger than 16?
Where is proper audio synchronization? Do you think I use PluralEyes for fun? No, believe me, I don’t. I do it because the built-in synchronization functionality in Premiere Pro is just stupid.
I could go on for a long time, but I hope that by version 60.0, Premiere Pro will at least have half of what DaVinci has right now.
This isn’t an advertisement, it's reality, and I’m sorry that Adobe’s marketers are chasing trendy features while forgetting about the basic functionality needed for editing.
Mod note: Title was added.

Hello everyone! Updating Premiere Pro to the latest version October 2024 update (25.0) I encountered a problem that Premiere Pro cannot import an XML file after PluralEyes synchronization. Everything hangs on the Importing Files window Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem? And yes, we pay Adobe a lot of money, is it really impossible to make the basic tools of Premiere Pro so that they work normally???? Of course, I would use the integrated synchronization by sound, but in Premiere Pro this functionality is implemented just terribly, as well as many other things.

I figured out the problem and am ready to share my experience with everyone 🙂 The thing is, strangely enough, the problem lies with the integrated Intel graphics. It doesn't matter how powerful your discrete graphic card is, how powerful your processor is, or how fast your NVMe is—Bin Preview will lag until you disable the integrated Intel graphics. And once you disable it, you won't recognize Premiere Pro because everything will start working several times faster without exaggeration, and the issue that made me open this thread on the forum will disappear.

This problem has existed for many years, but it still hasn't been fixed. If I create a project not with 10-15 files, but if it's about a wedding or some corporate event, I have to import 200-300 files from each camera into the project, and that's when real problems with previewing in the Bin begin. It takes an incredibly long time, and all productivity is reduced to zero. And this doesn't depend on the equipment I'm working on, as it is far from being weak. My configuration: CPU: i9 13900k RAM: DDR5 6000Mhz - 64GB GRAPHIC CARD: RTX 4070Ti - 12GB All files on SSD and NVME I will attach a video so you can see how slowly the previews are generated in the Bin

Yes VR Denoiser can be used, but it is so far from perfect denoiser tool like Davinci included out of the box. It's so strange that adobe are shouting at the top of their lungs about how they are working on artificial intelligence, but still have not made a normal video denoiser, or any plugins to soften skin, in general, nothing of what is really needed.
